OMG Down with the MAN! (insert any other stupid anti-establishment-rant here). Film every cop just in case they goof up so you can ruin their lives by proving they are not PERFECT!
These things bug me. They always make the good guy out to be the bad guy. Sure, there are corrupted and bad cops but the GREAT majority of them are just trying to do their job to make life better for us.

He got everything he deserved, if anything, he didn't get beaten enough. The idiot, or 'victim' as articles like this seem to suggest, could have killed someone or himself. Now, the cops were in the wrong, yes. But I simply don't understand why people always come to the defense of jackasses that break the law so defiantly like this.

All I'm saying is I'm very bothered by the idea that you can't film what happens to you.

It wouldn't be a problem filming cops if it wasn't for the anti cops group blowing every video of them doing their job out of proportion. But if you're worried about excessive force they train the FBI that shooting a naked man running away from you is fine based on the situation. Would be fun to see what happens to the guy that films that and you tubes it.

More video of interactions with cops only make it better for cops. Once you get enough video to be able to see what is acceptable and what isn't then it harder to whip people into a furry about nothing. Currently all we are seeing now are cops shoving camera's away and trying to restrict views and assaulting the videographers.
But lets face it cops lying to people about their rights, or just being straight up misinformed just makes them look more guilty.

There very well might be a situation were it would be warranted. But if you can't stand the scrutiny of that event maybe you where wrong.

You can always watch reruns of COPS on G4.

When X-Play was at PAX I asked their crew why couldn't they have more original programing on G4 instead of COPS reruns. They said that right now COPS and Cheaters is paying for X-Play. But they said X-Play is doing better lately.
I just think they could do more gaming related stuff and do it pretty inexpensively. I also told them that I love Ninja Warrior.

Watching cops and thinking that you're getting a real idea of what a cops life is like is akin to watching porn and thinking that it represents a normal sex life.
